Cancellation policy

A trip or planned stay sometimes has to be cancelled at short notice – this is unfortunate but not always avoidable.

Below you will find our clear and fair cancellation policies for private and corporate customers.


📆 Cancellation Policy for Private Customers:


  • Up to 14 days before arrival:
    Free cancellation is possible.


  • From 13 days before arrival:
    100% of the total rental price will be charged.





📆 Cancellation Policy for Corporate Customers:


  • Up to 15 days before arrival:
    Free cancellation – the full amount will be refunded 100%.



  • 14 to 7 days before arrival:
    A voucher will be issued for the full amount of the booking.

This voucher is valid for 12 months, transferable within the same company, and can be used flexibly depending on availability.

(The voucher is not redeemable for cash and may only be used for future bookings of the same accommodation.)



  • From 6 days before arrival:
    No refund is possible.
    👉 However: You are welcome to name replacement persons – it's a simple process.




For direct bookings via our website, these conditions apply automatically.
For bookings through platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb), their respective cancellation policies apply.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance – especially for business or long-term stays – to ensure you are well protected in case of an emergency.
