Our modern, fully equipped apartments are located in the heart of the beautiful Franconian Forest nature park and offer companies, contractors, and project staff a comfortable and flexible place to stay – ideal for both short and long-term assignments.

Whether it’s for a few days or several weeks: after a long workday, your employees can arrive, relax, and feel right at home. Each apartment (approx. 25 sqm) features a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with shower, and cozy living and sleeping areas.

Themed apartments – from "American Diner" to "Jungle" – are all thoughtfully and practically furnished. With 24/7 self check-in, free parking for vans, fast Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry facilities, and a personal contact person on site, we make your company’s stay easy and hassle-free. Our location is just 700 meters from the Rennsteig trail, perfect for relaxing walks or jogging after work.

Questions

  • What is included in the equipment of the holiday apartments?

    Each apartment has its own kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, pots & more.


    Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, and toothbrush cups are included.


    There is satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a shared drinks fridge in the hallway.


    Washing machine & dryer are available for use with coin insertion (€6).

  • Are there parking spaces at the accommodation?

    Yes, at least 5 free parking spaces are available directly in front of the "Rennsteigscheune."

    Please park with the front of the car facing the red house – for loading and unloading, you may briefly drive closer.

  • When can I check in and by when do I have to check out?

    Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.


    Unfortunately, earlier check-in or later check-out is not possible.


    🔑 There is self check-in via code – totally flexible!



  • Are the apartments family-friendly?

    Larger families can use the Green Leaf Apartment together, including shared kitchen and bathroom.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, but only in Apartment 1 – American Diner, and only upon prior agreement.

    An extra charge of €15 per night per pet applies due to the increased cleaning effort.
